The entire home can sleep up to 12 comfortably. Only an 8-minute drive from the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort and a 4-minute drive from downtown Mont Tremblant. We make sure your stay is a memorable one. This is close to Mtée Ryan, near bike paths, and ski hills, and less than a 10-minute drive to Tremblant Resort and St-Jovite. This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood. It is only a 5min drive from downtown and an 8min drive from the Tremblant Resort. There's no access from within the property to the downstairs unit. ● There are other tenants in the seperate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please. ● Check in is after 3:00 pm ● Check out is at 10:00 am ● No shoes in the house ● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor ● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens ● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. ● Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. ● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine. ● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking ● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. ●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. ●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ●Please clean your dishes ●MUST TAKE OUT Garbage: Green/blue bins for recycle, gray for other garbage, and brown for compost ●Must clean and cover BBQ grill ●Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup.
