- THERE ARE OTHER TENANTS IN THE SEPERATE APARTMENT ON THE PROPERTY IN THEIR OWN UNIT SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NOISE! ANY NOISE DISTURBANCE WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE PENALIZED. - QUIET HRS: 11PM - 7AM - Check in is after 4:00 pm - Check out is at 10:00 am - No shoes in the house - No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. - No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine. - Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking - There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. - There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. -A damage deposit of $250 to $500 may be required. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. -Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup. -We may request government-issued IDs from guests before check-in for security and verification purposes.
