Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. ● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine. ● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking ● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. ●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. ●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
