Each unit has a separate parking 1 each (not shared). This property is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, so we kindly request guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially during night time. Note that due to this being a basement unit, noise can travel from above.

- There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise please. - No shoes in the house - No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. - No drugs, cannabis, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine. - Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking - There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. - There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. -A damage deposit of $250 to $500 may be required. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. -Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup. -We may request government-issued IDs from guests before check-in for security and verification purposes.
