It will results in a $250 fine. ● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking ● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest. ● ID's will be requested to register with the building ●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items. ●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. ●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
