This quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and convenience. Just steps from the scenic shores of Lake Ontario, you can enjoy morning walks along the waterfront, beachside picnics, or simply relax to the sound of the waves. A car is recommended for getting around, as public transit options are limited in this lakeside area. Free parking is available on the property, and local amenities in downtown Bowmanville are just a short 10-minute drive away. Although the property is located right on the lake being a waterfront property, you are not able to swim from the property. There is a public beach located few minutes drive away. Please note only 2 of the bunk beds will be made and provided linen for and not the top 2 as our listing has a max of 6 guests. This Unit is currently listed for sale so it is possible there may be a realtor showing during your stay. There is only 1 or 2 a month so there may be a one off during the stay however you will be given a 24 hour notice. The showings will not cut short the duration of your stay. They are very quick showings lasting 5 minutes and don't require you to be home. Lastly, this beautiful cottage home is on the waterfront with a large yard which is why keeping doors closed is recommended to avoid having bugs that are naturally around out of the property.
